- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and support.
- 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be positive, engaging, and customer-focused.
