Key Responsibilities
  • Routine Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance tasks, including repairing fixtures, painting, patching walls, and replacing damaged items to uphold the overall aesthetic and functionality of the hotel.
  • Repair Tasks: Address minor repairs and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting minor electrical and plumbing problems.
  • Installation Assistance: Support the installation of new equipment, furniture, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring proper assembly and placement in accordance with safety and aesthetic standards.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential safety hazards, such as loose handrails or faulty equipment, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their needs are met courteously and efficiently to enhance their overall experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, assisting in procurement and restocking activities to ensure adequate availability for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications

Candidates should be equipped with appropriate work attire, including dark non-slip shoes, a black polo or t-shirt, and work pants. It is important to maintain a professional appearance, which includes avoiding brightly colored hair or nails, and replacing any facial piercings with clear alternatives while on duty.
