Chemical Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist to join our team at Freudenberg Group. As a Chemist, you will play a crucial role in developing new and improved products, technologies, and programs for Chem-Trend worldwide.

• Design and formulate new products to meet customer demands in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support to various departments, including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to attend product trials at customer sites and provide expert advice.
• Work closely with manufacturing operations to develop and implement new or modified production methods to improve quality and consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, polymer science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in formulation, with a strong understanding of surface chemistry, paints, inks, adhesives, or silicone chemistry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, electronic literature research, and scientific software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
