Job Title: Formulation Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Chemist to join our team at Freudenberg Group. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for developing new and improved products for Chem-Trend worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative product formulations to meet customer demands in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to various departments, including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Quality Control.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales to attend product trials at customer sites.
  • Assist manufacturing operations in implementing new or modified production methods to improve quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of industrial experience in product formulation or an advanced degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of lubricants, surface chemistry, emulsions, dispersions, coatings, and industrial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and scientific software.
