About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a nurse with our company, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work at various facilities in the Greater Cleveland Area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff members
  • Educate residents and their families on best practices for care and management
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
  • Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Collect and analyze lab samples, such as blood and urine
  • Train and supervise nurses and support staff
  • Document medical interventions and histories accurately
  • Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
