Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
  • Coordinate the nursing care of residents, ensuring they receive appropriate care and attention
  • Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
  • Assess the health of residents and notify physicians of changes in status
  • Develop and implement plans of care based on resident assessments

Requirements:

  • ADN or BSN degree
  • Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in long-term care setting preferred
