Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Minneapolis - Saint Paul metro area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the general appearance and maintenance of our properties, providing a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any repairs or replacements needed
  • Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform preventative maintenance on property to prevent issues and ensure a safe environment
  • Assess and repair appliances as needed to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Occasionally be on-call for after-hours emergencies, with a trip stipend provided if called back to site
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a property management setting
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
  • HVAC and EPA experience a plus
  • CPO certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and insurance may be required
