Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other types.
  • Manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers, including communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage crew members, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting with training and development.
  • Track inventory and file daily reports.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
  • Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
  • Ability to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb, and kneel.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work at varying heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
