Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Engineer-Louisiana to join our team in Northern Louisiana. The successful candidate will develop schedules for large or multiple smaller construction projects with complex scheduling activities. They will revise and review project schedules with the project team, monitor and track progress against defined schedules, and provide support and guidance to project end-users to develop proficiency in using scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop thorough understanding of work breakdown structure and its importance for large or multiple smaller construction projects with complex scheduling activities.
- Reference 'Scheduling Playbook' to understand and adhere to company and Scheduling policies, practices, procedures, and activities.
- Collaborate with project team to confirm Contract Item List (CIL), develop Required On Job (ROJ) dates for schedule, and review Procurement Schedule to track and assess subcontractor commitments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proficient use of scheduling software applications (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6).
- Knowledge of scheduling comparison tools (e.g., Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
- Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop project schedule.
- Familiar with earned value concepts and using construction resources to validate productivity and durations.
