The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the formulation, execution, and enhancement of quality engineering protocols. Utilizing data analysis, the candidate will assess quality metrics and drive process improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
  • Proficient in industry-standard quality tools
  • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve problems, report losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement strategies for process control, enhancement, testing, and inspection
  • Develop, execute, and interpret quality reporting metrics
