Job Description:

As a Traveling Skill Trainer with The MH Group, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with diverse abilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role:

This role involves working with consumers to assess their needs, design personalized training plans, and deliver training programs that promote independence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify consumer needs and develop personalized training plans.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to consumer needs.
  • Consumer Support: Provide ongoing support to consumers to ensure they are able to apply new skills and knowledge in their daily lives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong Assessment Skills: Ability to conduct thorough assessments to identify consumer needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with consumers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $18.45 per hour, plus mileage (after 90 days, $19.45 per hour), as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
