Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of both the interior and exterior of the building.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and execute minor repairs as needed.
  • Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors and stairs, cleaning entryways and glass surfaces, and maintaining washrooms.
  • Inspect and test various building systems, including emergency lighting and drainage systems.
  • Receive and manage shipments, organize storage areas, and handle recyclable materials.
  • Assist with custodial tasks, inventory management, and general maintenance duties.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to push and pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Must be capable of lifting between 10 to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds is required.
