Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at CommonSpirit. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance procedures meet applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement capital and operational budgets, ensuring effective use of staff, materials, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and The Joint Commission.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, including holding regular meetings and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan, ensuring effective communication with staff, leadership, and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital maintenance or medical equipment operations management.
  • Professional designation, licensure, or certification preferred.
