Nurse Practitioner

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse with TotalMed Staffing, you will provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical units. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
