We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Vault Driver to join our team at The Fort Miller Service Corp. in Amsterdam, NY. As a Customer Service Representative/Vault Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vaults to cemeteries in and around the area and servicing funerals according to the needs of our funeral director customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vaults to cemeteries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Service funerals according to the needs of our funeral director customers
  • Maintain an accurate inventory and schedule deliveries
  • Work closely with the supervisor to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Clean and valid drivers' license
  • Clean and neat physical appearance
  • Ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Dept. of Transportation physical
