Reports to: Vice President of Finance
Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in the evaluation, reporting, and forecasting of essential financial and operational indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial evaluations and reporting, ensuring the upkeep of consolidated KPI schedules and the enhancement of executive-level presentations.
- Engage with senior leadership and internal teams to formulate departmental and club-level budgets, forecasts, and objectives.
- Collaborate with management to devise and report on optimal staffing and scheduling strategies for club personnel, including benchmarking against similar clubs, monitoring coverage ratios, and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Design and sustain Executive and Departmental level KPI dashboards using DOMO and Excel to monitor and analyze objectives and initiatives.
- Generate ad-hoc financial models and sensitivity analyses for departmental and company-wide business projects.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to support the Finance Department.

- Proven experience in creating dashboards or financial models.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO / Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems (GreatPlains, QuickBooks, SAP) or HR tools (Peoplesoft, UltiPro).
- Technologically adept individual with a background in financial analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions and formulas such as VLOOKUP, Sumif, Index-Match, and Countif.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
