Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caretaker/Housekeeper to join our team at CommonBond Communities. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of assigned buildings, including apartments, common areas, and grounds
- Perform routine light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and resetting breakers
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the property manager
- Assist with resident functions and provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of caretaking experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 21 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally
Working Conditions
- Smoke-free environment
- Overtime as necessary
- Moderate noise level
- Some exposure to chemicals
