Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Permanent Tax Senior to enhance our team within the finance sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a robust background in tax preparation, tax legislation, accounting, and experience with high net worth and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for tax strategy and compliance, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review intricate tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
2. Provide tax planning and advisory services to high net worth clientele.
3. Investigate and resolve complex tax issues.
4. Assist in crafting and executing tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
5. Stay informed on current tax laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client services and internal processes.
7. Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify tax-related matters and deliver exceptional service.
9. Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is preferred.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
4. Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong understanding of tax law, with the capability to interpret and apply complex tax concepts.
6. Experience working with both individual and business clients.
