Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to remain on your feet for an entire shift and navigate within the restaurant.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with both patrons and team members.
- Experience in managing and training kitchen staff, including line cooks, dishwashers, and server assistants.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up effectively.
- Capability to work all kitchen stations, including the expo line.
- Willingness to acquire and maintain advanced knowledge of food and menu items.
