Job DescriptionThe Inpatient Content Leader will play a critical role in developing and implementing content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain content repositories, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with clinical and coding teams to ensure content meets regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing content development and optimization.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher, and 7 years of experience in coding, clinical, or related fields.
- Experience with EMRs and other electronic tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $137,439 - $167,981, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a range of other perks.
