Healthcare IT Strategist for Cancer Screening

Job DescriptionThe Health Information Technology (HIT) Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and promoting health information technology initiatives to assist organized customers in improving CRC screening. This field-based position will cover the New England, Upstate, and Western NY markets.
- Supporting HIT Strategies: Provide support to Screening Solutions Managers and Specialists to implement appropriate Health IT strategies and use of Health IT resources.
- Aligning EXAS HIT Capabilities: Align EXAS HIT capabilities with customer EHR capabilities to advance CRC screening rates while maintaining compliance.
- Providing Insights: Offer insights to account teams about customers and local market dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Developing Resources: Assist marketing in developing and proposing new resources and tools for in-market use.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience working in the healthcare space.
- 1+ year of experience working in health information technology, marketing, or commercial fields.
- Strong technical competence in how healthcare systems operate.
- Basic computer skills, including Internet navigation, email usage, and word processing.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $109,000 - $174,000 annually, depending on location. As a bonus-eligible position, you will also have the opportunity to receive company stock and participate in our comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, retirement savings plan, wellness support, and health benefits.
