About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic IH Host/Hostess to join our team at L and I Inc. in MI, AL, IN, OH, and NC. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and promptly seat guests with cheerfulness and courtesy.
  • Open doors for arriving and departing guests, catering to their special needs.
  • Manage the Wait List during peak hours to ensure smooth seating flow.
  • Provide assistance to Servers as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area for a pleasant dining environment.
  • Answer phone calls and handle To-Go Orders efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
  • Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
