Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years in managing large-scale projects.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio.
  • Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and procurement management.
  • Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with technology infrastructure and application development is advantageous. Familiarity with Commonwealth IT procurement processes is also preferred.
