This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $63.15 - $101.66 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience

In addition to these qualifications, we also value candidates who have a Master's Degree in Nursing, shared governance experience, and certifications such as ANCC recognized specialty certification.
