The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the day-to-day operations of our venues.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize initiative and independent judgment to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all premium services and catering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Implement and maintain Legends' customer service program.
- Conduct operational staff meetings and ensure effective communication.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain cost control.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the contract hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service.
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures and POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
