Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Prep at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, and vegetables. This includes following recipes and storyboards, cutting, broiling, sautéing, and frying. Additionally, you will practice safe food handling and perform clean up duties. You will also be responsible for unpacking and organizing received goods in a timely manner.
