Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
