Job Overview

Our client, a reputable dental practice, is seeking a highly motivated oral surgeon to join their team. The ideal candidate will be part of a diverse and professional atmosphere, with opportunities for top-notch mentoring from nationally recognized surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of oral surgery procedures, including implants and full arch restoration cases.
  • Collaborate with a strong team of support staff and assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through innovative approaches and expertise.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $350,000 or 35% of collections.
  • A comprehensive health insurance plan.
  • A partnership tract with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Malpractice coverage provided by the practice.
  • Four weeks of unpaid time off per year.
  • A $10,000 annual allowance for continuing education.

Practice Details:

  • The practice operates two offices, with the surgeon rotating between them.
  • The principal surgeon has achieved $3 million in annual production.
  • The practice has a strong tenured support staff and assigns assistants to the surgeon.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • Current licensure to practice in the relevant state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
