  • Productivity: Drive efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management to bring value to the organization.
  • Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees, adhering to all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • Requires at least 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to deliver a unified food service experience.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
