Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute the full-cycle fulfillment of catering orders from receipt to execution, payment, and delivery.
  2. Organize catering orders around production, delivery, and follow-up, ensuring that necessary resources are planned and available to meet demand.
  3. Build catering sales within the restaurant by performing customer call-backs and building relationships.
  4. Enter catering customers into our centralized database.
  5. Maintain a register for payment of catering orders in accordance with cash management policy.
  6. Assist with restaurant operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime during short staff situations.
  • Must be able to stand for 90% of work time.
  • Must be able to sit for 10% of work time.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with guests in the primary language of the restaurant.
  • Must have reliable transportation for delivery and marketing requirements.
