About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Lead to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Catering Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive great food and service. You will work in a fast-paced environment to prepare and deliver all catered orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the success of the catering operations
  • Take, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectively
  • Maintain accurate and detailed guest database, collect payments and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Keep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Display an ability to interact positively with all team members, managers and guests on a consistent basis
Requirements
  • You have a valid driver license, clean drivers record and reliable transportation for local deliveries
  • You have proof of insurance
  • You have excellent customer service skills – are polite, courteous, respectful, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • You are organized and detail oriented
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and your teammates
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule with early start times
  • You are over the age of 18
  • You have food service or retail sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
