Join Our Team as a Field Engineer Intern

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Engineer Interns for the Summer 2025 program. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, field supervision, pre-construction, and estimating.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Field/Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
  • Conduct safety audits and quality audits
  • Read and understand drawings and specifications
  • Log submittals, process RFI's and prepare reports
  • Assist with surveying and project layout
  • Maintain and update field drawings, field equipment and records
  • Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors and field staff
  • Coordinates material deliveries and documentation
  • Attends relevant project meetings
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, contracts, and other forms and documents
  • Assists with project documentation requirements
  • Assists with estimating and soliciting subcontractors and/or suppliers for information and pricing
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry
  • A desire to pursue a career as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License
  • Willing to work and live in the Arizona area
  • Willing to temporarily relocate to project locations
