Children's Home Society of South Dakota is seeking a Clinical Unit Supervisor to lead our trauma-informed care approach and provide clinical supervision to our team of therapists. As a leader in compassionate care, you will be responsible for managing activities in a trauma-informed manner, providing clinical supervision, and supervising the provision of individual and group therapy and case management to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Model and teach trauma-informed care approaches to staff
- Provide clinical supervision and coaching to therapists
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure therapeutic engagement through daily activities
- Orient and train new employees
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities and projects
- Master's Degree in Human Service discipline required
- LPC or CSW preferred
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience with children and/or adolescents and supervisory experience required
- Competitive salary range: $60,902.40 to $76,128
