About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse-Step Down Unit to join our team at TotalMed. As a Registered Nurse-Step Down Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the step-down unit
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a step-down unit
