Key Responsibilities- Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the Free People brand, embodying our values and driving the store experience on the sales floor.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized advice to customers in every zone of the store.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on events, special offers, and new products to enhance the customer experience and provide an omni-channel perspective.
- Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by being helpful and supportive to colleagues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership to share ideas, participate in daily meetings, and contribute to store initiatives and brand focuses.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
- Visual Standards: Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including new arrivals and re-ships.
- Store Operations: Adhere to store safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
- Brand Passion: Love for the Free People brand and its aesthetic.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
