Position Overview:
We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Part-Time Stylist, you'll be responsible for providing personalized styling experiences to our customers, ensuring they feel seen and connected.
Responsibilities:
- Embody our core values of HEART, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive in-store experience.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and fashion brands, providing expert styling advice to our customers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales generation and achieve store goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
- Drive results, maintaining a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH (sales per hour).
Requirements:

- Fashion credibility, staying current on trends and contemporary fashion brands.
- A growth mindset, willing to take risks and adopt new trends.
