**Job Description**

As an Inventory Management Associate at Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to manage pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management, physically pulling inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.

This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for advancement. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pull and pack product based on daily orders.
  2. Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
  3. Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
  4. Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
  5. Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e., Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
  6. Report any mechanical problems.
  7. Use a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  8. Follow good manufacturing practices and required work-safe practices.
  9. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date.
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
