Wilson Care Group is seeking skilled nursing professionals to provide high-quality care to our clients in various settings. As a Registered Nurse or LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes and in skilled care settings, including wound care, dressing changes, vent care, and IV medication administration.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring, as well as providing companionship and running errands.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Document client progress and communicate with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current state of Hawaii LPN or RN license
- Current Adult CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Current TB clearance
- Criminal Abstract review
