We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical RN Specialist to join our team at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. As a Clinical RN Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, leading clinical initiatives, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Position

The Clinical RN Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices, developing and disseminating educational materials, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize complex projects.

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and ongoing education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements clinical programs and initiatives to promote high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and provides education to colleagues on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to quality improvement initiatives and participates in peer review activities.
  • Engages in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
