More Clean of Texas specializes in exterior maintenance services for both commercial and residential clients, ensuring properties remain clean and visually appealing. Our Sweeping Division is committed to providing pristine and secure environments for parking lots, sidewalks, roads, and construction sites while adhering to environmentally friendly practices. We treat every property with the utmost care and respect.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As a driver, you will operate power sweeping vehicles independently and as part of a team, maintaining cleanliness and safety at designated locations. Your responsibilities will include managing construction sites and roadways to reduce debris and air pollution. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand your role and set career goals within the More Clean team. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some projects requiring flexibility for evening or weekend work, with prior notice given.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum age of 23 years
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Familiarity with Gmail and iPad technology

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires drivers to frequently drive, stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend. Candidates must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull similar weights. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
