Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and organize flag football activities, training players, and promoting teamwork.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment for youth players to develop their football skills.
  • Develop and implement engaging coaching strategies to enhance player performance.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Conduct drills and training sessions to improve player skills and teamwork.
  • Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging environment for youth players.
  • Coaching or officiating experience in youth football (preferable).
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from games.
  • Commitment to work assigned shifts for the entire 8-week season.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Experience working with children and youth.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
