Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or food service industry preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
