Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at Condor Health. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the staffing needs of nursing services, working closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to address any challenges or concerns.
- Assign Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) their duties in accordance with their training and the residents' needs, including break and mealtimes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' charts, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing care, upholding the highest standards for all staff.
- Assume the duties of Charge Nurse as needed, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPN/RN in the state.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled, or sub-acute care settings is preferred but not required.
