Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Litigation group at Lyons Gaddis, P.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the legal profession, exceptional attention to detail, and an outstanding work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review documents, emails, and court filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Develop and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Organize and maintain client documents and case records in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Litigation team, including typing, proofreading, and revising pleadings and other documents.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Paralegal experience, excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the legal profession, we encourage you to apply.
