- Associate degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- CDCA certification and a valid Ohio Driver's License.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adults facing substance use and/or mental health challenges.
- Understanding of trauma and its implications.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and the community.
- Ability to adapt to clinical demands and emergency situations.
- Regular sitting, use of hands and fingers, talking, and hearing.
- Frequent walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching.
- Occasional lifting/moving of items up to 15 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Data entry via keyboard is necessary.
