Youth Activities Manager

**Job Summary:**
The Kids Club Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the kids club at World Gym - Kalispell, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children of our members. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff, schedules, and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members to provide exceptional care and programming for children.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote physical activity and socialization.
- Ensure the kids club maintains a clean and healthy environment, adhering to World Gym policies and procedures.
- Interact with members to understand their needs and preferences for their children's care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience working with youth ages 6 months to 10 years.
- Proven leadership and staff management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (provided upon hire).
Physical Demands:
The employee is expected to meet the physical requirements of this position, which may include frequent sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
