Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Heavy Highway and Civil projects, both public and private.
  • Lead a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field management, along with subcontractors and client representatives.
  • Ensure accountability for pre-construction activities, project initiation, cost management, scheduling, and overall project oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil construction
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in overseeing self-perform operations in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures
  • Familiarity with DOT Construction Management is advantageous
  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling using Primavera P6 is a plus
  • Project Engineers with 3+ years of experience are encouraged to apply
