As a designated comprehensive stroke center currently undergoing our 3rd accreditation process, we are acknowledged as part of an elite group of industry leaders responsible for shaping the national standards in specialized stroke care. At Aurora St. Luke, you will be backed by the Aurora Neurosciences Innovation Institute, a cohesive, integrated, system-wide collective of Neurosurgeons and Neurologists, dedicated to providing an exceptional continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dedicated stroke coverage.
  • Engage in stroke call and tele-stroke call.
  • Conduct outpatient follow-ups in our stroke clinic.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives if desired.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, which includes:
    • 27 Bed Neuro ICU
    • 24/7 Nurse stroke navigators
    • Inpatient and outpatient Advanced Practice Providers
    • Neuro Endovascular and Neurosurgery support
