Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our rapidly growing Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice, focused on Process Risk and Controls Consulting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with top US and Global Banking institutions, contributing to a dynamic culture that values innovative thinking and solution-focused collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will assist with project planning, conduct fieldwork, discuss findings and observations during client exit meetings, prepare work papers to support conclusions, review staff work papers, and present results to client stakeholders.
  • You will possess a strong understanding of internal controls concepts and their application in complex global banking organizations.
  • You will conduct fieldwork independently, with guidance from client and project team members, while leading more junior team members and sharing knowledge and coaching on how to execute against project objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in external audit, internal audit, or related internal control positions serving large global banking institutions.
  • Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others in-person and remotely.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $71,200 - $134,800, with individuals selected for this role eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
