Enterprise Risk Oversight Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Oversight Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management function, you will be responsible for overseeing the identification, measurement, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and analysis of applicable financial risks across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent risk oversight of front-line units, lines of business, and control functions.
  • Execute BAC risk framework activities commensurate with liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and price risk, capital risk, and responsibilities of a CRO vertical coverage team.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Analysis of model risk, analysis and reporting of market risk, distributing the market risk reports, and interfacing with the trading desk and other risk and support groups.
  • Review and Challenge of IRR measurements (Independent analysis of 1LOD proposal based on structured criteria, e.g., impact to risk metrics, sensitivity testing, challenger model, regulatory guidance, supporting analysis and justification).
  • Price Risk data validation and controls.
Benefits and Compensation

This role is eligible for an annual discretionary plan, offering an annual discretionary award based on individual performance, team performance, and company success. This position is currently benefits-eligible, with access to industry-leading benefits, paid time off, resources, and support.

The estimated salary range for this position is $81,400 - $124,500 per year, depending on experience, education, and skill set.
